Salesmen Pay brainstorming

For 1099 sales reps, you see the 10/50/50 pay structure a lot, especially in storm markets. With 10% of total job price going to company overhead. What is your company paying toward overhead? Is it capped?

Any other creative structures you’ve seen to incentivize top producers? I think I’ve seen 5/50/50 if sales eclipses a certain threshold.
