Roof rafter issue

noticed a leak in “new” roof that was installed a year or two ago. went on it to see if there were misaligned shingles and found none, came back inside to notice that the rafter was a bet separated from the ridge and somewhat turned.

can i fix this?

Nothing needs to done with the wood.
Yes, i see how the bottom of the rafter doesnt meet the ridge board.
Its ok.

Use a lag screw through the ridge pole if you are worried about it. Will keep it from moving anymore. It’s likely fine without it though. P.s. if you have a leak this has nothing to do with it.

there’s nothing to be concerned with here
