Recruiting Question

Our company is hiring for multiple positions including a Residential Quality Control Manager, Service Technicians, Commercial Superintendent, Residential Project Manager, Commercial Estimator and we need two more skilled shingle crews.

I have posted the jobs a million places and I am not having the results I need. Any recommendations?

Develop a 10 year plan and grow your own. That’s what we have done. We are probably not as big as you are, 22 employees, but only two of those showed up with any experience. We hire good young men, train them, identify strengths and promote from within. Takes a while but it works and people are more committed and loyal.
