This is the settlement offer my insurance adjuster offered. I’ve read that I should consult with a public adjuster so not to get taken advantage of by the insurance company. Based on the itemization above it appears there are several line items missing. Is it reasonable to ask for emergency tarpons, cost of cricket installation, permit fees, cost of cement, sealant, and fasteners, cost of debris removal and to adjust the LF of the ridge cap? FYI this is a settlement offer to replace only half the roof. Any advice?
