Drooping Overhang Of New Roof

My Grandmother had her roof replaced. When I looked at the eaves, the shingles over hang the fascia by over 2 inches. Is there a way to fix this? Can the shingles be cut, or do they need to be removed and replaced with the proper overhang?

I want to get this fixed as easily as possible. The shingles have already started drooping, and I am afraid they are going to be very susceptible to wind damage and tearing at the bend.

Is there will be any gutters ,even then it’s too much imo.if not it’s easy fix with snapline and knife during the day when shingles soft
