  1. Google AdWords
  2. Facebook Groups
  3. YouTube Ads
  4. Craigslist Ads
  5. Bandit Signs
  6. Local Classified Ads (newspaper)
  7. Ask past customers
  8. Partner with someone to generate phone calls for you. (shameless plug)

Best leads are when homeowners find you. You should definitely have a website. Its like a sales person working 24/7 for you.

I am taking this thread in terms of roofing leads as there are many other types of industries where meaning of a lead may be different. The best way to generate leads is door to door canvassing in the storm affected area. And if it is done with the help of professional canvasser, then it could be a gold mine for the roofing company.
