So I came home tonight and my tin roof is partially lifted off enough to see the bar under it hanging. The roof is still in place but there is enough gap between the tin and the wood to see inside from the ground. its already 9:30pm and its supposed to start raining around 1am and for the next 4 days straight its calling for random thunderstorms… I had to reattach a portion of it already on the back side of the house that blew all over the yard and didnt have time to get to this part of it. What can I do right now to stop the rain from potentially ruining the rest of the roof or leaking into the house. Its going along the side of my living room to the back room.
Quick fix, apply a tarp.
