Cost of material (plus mark up if u do that)

How many man hours will it take to complete the task.

How much does each man hour cost your company.

Add in your companies overhead percentage usually 10%

Add in you companies profit percentage usually 10%

Example

Cost of material $2237.00
105 man hours @ 32.00 per hour totals $3360.00
total it cost you $5597.00
10% overhead and 10% profit $1119.40

                            invoice $6716.40

Build a spread sheet on excel to formulate
